RoastLab is an entertainment service using artificial intelligence to create humorous analyses, Wrapped recaps and optimization suggestions from public profiles or content voluntarily supplied by users.

2. Acceptance

By using RoastLab, you agree to these Terms of Use.

3. Nature of the service

AI-generated content may contain errors. Roasts are humorous and optimizations must be reviewed before any professional use.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use RoastLab for unlawful purposes.
• Do not disrupt or attempt to bypass the service.
• Respect third-party platform rules.

5. Availability

RoastLab is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

6. Liability

RoastLab is not responsible for decisions made from AI-generated content.

7. Personal data

• AI processing: submitted usernames, URLs and texts are processed temporarily to generate the requested result.
• Local storage: history, achievements, preferences and PRO deliverables are stored on your device.
• Shared results: permalink and leaderboard results may be stored temporarily server-side. Source texts submitted for PRO are not added to them.
• Analytics: PostHog and Vercel Analytics help measure and improve the service.
• Removal: request removal at contact@roastlab.app.

8. Purchases and RoastLab PRO

Payments are processed by Stripe. A PRO optimization is a digital deliverable generated from the diagnosis and supplied information. Premium access is tied to the browser or device unless otherwise stated.
